Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Final sale items cannot be returned
- Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact
- Jewelry must be unworn and in original packaging
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our online portal
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include completed return form
- Ship using trackable method (we recommend insured post)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing takes 5-10 business days after we receive return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
Exceptions
For defective or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll cover return shipping costs
- Options include replacement or full refund
Store Credit
Alternatively, you may request:
- Store credit with extended validity
- No return shipping deduction
- Faster processing (2-3 business days)
International Returns
- Customers responsible for customs/duties
- Refund excludes original shipping costs
- Processing may take additional time
